MTN sold my mother a broken or faulty cellphone
Last year July my mother, Khanyisile Mjiyako, on 22nd received a faulty handset from RTT courier service. We reported it, they promised to fetch it but they didn't. January this year they increased the premium without noticing her and it wasn't on the contract. We don't know what to do anymore. The dealer code is 225814. Mtn reference is ***.
