MTN sold me a phone under false pretences

Upgraded my Huawei P9 at the MTN store in Brooklyn mall. Told the consultant I wanted the Huawei P40 lite but I knew it didn't have all the google apps. He told me I should still get the phone and install the findorra app and then I would be able to get all my old apps and the phone wi work the same as my old one. Needless to say, it didn't. So I wanted to returned it the next day and they refused.
