MTN Social Media team is active & efficient

A big shoutout to ZLN from the Social Media team. I DM’d MTN yesterday on Twitter & my query just got resolved. It took a few hours but having more over 1 million people possibly contacting them with queries & issues, & with COVID-19, the delay is slightly understandable. Thanks ZLN!

Also, a huge thanks to the guy who helped me out at MTN Ottery. Pity I forgot his name! An Honest, helpful & a delight to engage with person!
