MTN SO WHAT NOW??

Being due for a contract upgrade, I registered my options via the MTN SA app. The upgrade was approved, Ref Number ***1, and advised that my new device would be delivered by a courier svc Order Number ***. On delivery the courier was to authenticate my identity by a biometric finger print method, if that failed the courier could not deliver as was MTN policy. This was the case as probably due to my age, my finger prints were not clear and which is a common, well known situation with older people. After several queries by me the situation remains in suspension, no solution has been offered and it seems MTN has just "run away" leaving me, a very log-term loyal customer, Nothing further heard, very sloppy service. SO WHAT NOW?
