Mtn so disappointed

MTNzA has been very disappointing lately. I lost my phone which i had been using for the pst 7 years. I wanted to blacklist it and they refused saying i should have an emi number which i no longer have. So the ****s have it easy while mtn can assist through my other details. I am so defeated by this behavior Call me o. ***
