MTN Sneaky

Mtn sneakily change their policy on upgrade. I went to my normal store a week ago and was told that I could early upgrade as done previously four months before the actual 24 months expiry, in this case 1 March 2021. This morning I was told that MTN changed their upgrade policy in this past week and a penalty is applicable this is so sneaky. Maybe MTN can explain this. Vincent
