MTN SMS Fiasco Disheartening

On 28 and 29th and possibly 30th June MTNs SMS service was non functonal. I never received some important SMSs on these days and could not send any. MTN never informed us and what happens to those SMSs not received e,g. Salary notices or bank SMSs or to come for an interview etc etc
