MTN Smart phone plus legit?

My first experience with MTN Smart phone plus has me wondering about their legitimacy. After damaging my insured mobile phone, MTN Smart Phone Plus were meant to have collected my phone a week ago, but instead have been promising to send a courier to collect the phone and supply me with a loan phone. The courier pitched up on one of the days with the loan handset which I was unable to use due to sim card restrictions. After much holding and calling, I was promised a quick return with loan phone and sim adapter, however after a few days the courier returns with just the sim adapter, no loan and no instruction to collect the damaged handset.<br> <br> I keep calling and keep being promised the pick up and drop off will occur the following day, which never happens. MTN Smart phone plus demand timely monthly payments but are unable to provide a timely service??? This is unacceptable.
