MTN Slow to perform

Recently purchased a data bundle for R699 (20Gb) -Two days ago (27/04/2020).

the money has been deducted from my account but still the data is not received.

I have written to customer care stating that they should return the money should they not load the data.

Well we received the automated response, we will get back to you. Well I am still waiting for that also.

Just for the inside info dialling 135 does not offer any help either. I get more joy on a merry go round.

Make me think again why I should do business with them and why they are losing money hand over foot in Nigeria.
