Mtn slow service

I paid my account up to date on 1st of Jan. Legal dept advised I would get an sms to re activate my sims but received nothing and to get to legal you need to call 136 then talk to ***** dept then ask them to refer you to accounts and acounts to refer you to legal. I dont have the time to wait so long on the line. Also sent emails but just get automated mails in return. No resolve
