MTN slow respond

Very unusual for me, I forgot to pay my MTN account at the end of January and thought I had paid it! After receiving an sms saying my service has been suspended and I must pay, I paid immediately. That was 2 days ago and I have not yet got my service back despite writing emails and sending Proof of payments (received a an SMS to say payment received) . I am going away on Sunday and need to be in touch with my ageing mom, I explained this to MTN in an email. I very seldom forget to pay so really? So frustrating!
