MTN slow and unreliable customer service

Tried to upgarde my contract on 24 November to black Friday deal, consultant cancelled my contract after I had contract wid MTN for more than 10 yrs, struggling for 1 month to reinstate my contract and get approved for original BF deal, u struggle wid MTN , hopefully they sort out or else I may look for another provider who is more efficient and hassle free
