MTN slow and uncaring, not delivering the service they claim to habe

Very slow and uncaring, i have a contract that i pay monthly with high insurance costs. My phone has been ****** and for the last 3 weeks i have been trying to claim from the insurance they let me wait atleast 30 minutes with the answer that my request is pending. I have made several calls with exactly the same answer.i don't suggest that you make a contract from MTN anywhere in SA. Once this contract is finished paid i am changing network providers to a provider that can give me service that can be counted on. MTN everywhere you go? MTN never anywhere you go
