MTN slow and not truthfull about repairs

Hi,<br> <br> I've handed my phone, about 8 months into it's warranty in for repairs at the Thabazimbi branch on 2015/12/02.<br> <br> To date I have not received feedback from you regarding the repairs. The shop personal after being cornered informed me that the phone needs to be returned at a cost of R330 and cannot be fixed because the \Find my IPhone\" service is switched on.<br> <br> I will not pay this amount as the shop should have known that the service should be switched off before sending the unit for repairs.<br> <br> Upon calling the service center I received entirely different information and they confirmed that I can turn the service off online without returning the device.<br> <br> Explain this to me... Why in the hell can you not fix the broken speaker on my moms iphone if the service is on? The problem seems to be with the hardware on the phone and not the software part.<br> <br> I need an explanation around this connection or issue because to me this sounds shady and like underhanded dealings.<br> <br> I have turned off the service and expect to have the phone repaired and delivered back to my mom before the 3rd of March or I will take legal steps since the device is defective, under warranty, and the service pathetic."
