MTN slick and shameless

I am disgusted by MTN. I had a 2 year contract, finished it 2020, called in to have it canceled September 2020. I was advised everything was canceled and my account would no longer be debited. Only to have them debit my account still, called in again only to find out it was my insurance that was not canceled, asked the lady to cancel the insurance, I even received an sms advising it will be canceled. However the debit orders kept going off monthly. I tried calling again, with no luck. I then decided to stop the debit orders myself, now they handed me over to debt collectors, I sent these people the proof I have of the insurance cancelation confirmation message I received when I called after my contract had already been canceled a few months. I still have not heard back from them it has now been a few days since I first received a call from MBD debt collectors. I refuse to pay for MTN's *********** staffs mistakes for not canceling the contract as well as the insurance as requested in the first place. I honestly believe this is a ****. They are trying to ******* poor people, who can not afford to pay for services they are not using. I am sick and tired of this nonsense. God sees everything, and he will deal with these individuals involved. Whomsoever gets a chance to read this, please reconsider if youre planning on doing business with MTN.
