Mtn slack in services

I'm absolutely disgusted with mtn I app**** for a new contract got a call last week and mid call the agent dropped the call no call back was recieved there after I have my ref number and I have been calling nonstop and no answer on customer service so am I wasting my time I want the phone but the services are so bad actually non existing if mtn don't contact me today ill be canceling all my contracts as well as the new one
