MTN Sky still no responses after Hello Peter post
I have been promised a response on the 22nd of September with no feedback again. This is now the 4th time I am having to contact MTN for answers and resolution.(2nd via Hello Peter) <br> <br> The last response was from Nompumelelo REQ:***<br> <br> Please can I have feedback and resolution on this matter

The following services will not deplete the Customer's unlimited voice, unlimited SMSs or uncapped Internet value, but will be charged at the applicable out of bundle rates or from the Customer's available recharge airtime or usage limit balance (if available): Premium rates.
5.6.1 MMSs;
5.6.2 International Calls;
5.6.3 International SMSs;
5.6.4 International MMSs;
5.6.5 Premium rated voice and SMS transactions;
5.6.6 International Roaming voice transactions;
5.6.7 International Roaming SMS transactions;
5.6.8 International Roaming Internet transactions;
5.6.9 Mobile Application Video calling (such as SKYPE);
5.6.10 Content purchases;
5.6.11 WASP services;
5.6.12 MTN Menu transactions; and
5.6.13 MTN Play transactions
