Hi. All those annoyed with this sudden change with MTN SKy bundles please shout out how this shouldve been communicated more effectively to all those concerned, This is such an unfair situation, although terms & clauses will probably accomodate for it. But I don't understand how', when the package was purchased it was stated as being unlimited.<br> <br> <br> Really this is pathetic. No amount of shouting will change things with the company but leaves an after taste in the mouth.<br> <br> MTN you should really not treat your clients as though they were fools...

Please accept our apologies for the delayed response and for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Our records indicate that you are on MTN SKY 1G package and the allocation has not been changed however the promotion for the sky packages has been extended until the 31st of July and the the promotional price reverted to the original price as stated and the Fair usage Policy has been implemented which means that the data throughput will be throttled at 384KBPS and capped at 1GIG.
