MTN site disturbing the peace
SITE NO. T14976
This is a small Station at Rebel foods Atlasville Boksburg. The centre pole right at the top has a loose chain flapping in the wind banging the metal pole . When the wind blows it just keeping banging on the center pole . At night it is very irritating. I did call 083182 that gave me another number which I called and reported this. They picked up the site number and acknowledged the area and said they would send a tech out to sort it out . That was a week ago and nothing has been done . MTN send me an email address and I will send you a video . To do shoddy work that irritates people who live around this Mtn site is unacdeptable

They could not give me a reference number , just said they would send somebody and nothing happened ... that is exactly where the problem is . No accountability for not performing cause no ref number . Now why dont you sort it out , you have the site number and the issue . So be proactive MTN and call your own coverage department

16 Sept 2018, 09:37Still no feedback from MTN, the incessant noise of that chain banging from that MTN tower and MTN doing nothing about it probably means I have to escalate to my government official in this area. Does not help to report it to the Covergae department because they dont give a reference number . So like last time they did nothing
