MTN SISTER COMPANY CIC BAD NEWS

Extremly disappointing and pathetic customer service from MTN SHOCKING, I had called mtn to upgrade my current contract and then was transfered to there so called sister company CIC who then offered me a package with 1gig data 150 mins and 100 sms for R339 with a p20lite handset. Later on I findout that the incorrect package was loaded on my contract at R799 with 350migs data 50mins and 50sms with a handset Note 9. Then I called to cancel and mtn keept tellin me they cannot help. MOST OF ALL THE HANDSET WAS DELIVERED TO THE INCORRECT PERSON and I still donot have a phone deliverd to me but my contract has been upgraded. Everytime I called mtn they say they cannot help me and I must speak to CIC . When I called CIC all they say is they investing the problem. This cannot be accpeted from mtn and I need urgent help that this issue is resolved asap. I have no phone and going to be billed R799 for a contract I never agreed on and phone I dont have. SO disappointed. MTN need to fix it please help
