Mtn simswap ***)

Hi im Ofentse Setshedi on Wednesday the 09th of February 2022 i lost my simcard and called Mtn to do a simswap and still now its 46hours and my number is still not working ***) when i call they say they offline then later they cant help me they say i must go to an Mtn store and my business is suffering because of the number not working and Mtn seems not to care and i used the number for more than 13years i feel really disappointed with Mtn i cant work and provide for my family because of their poor service... Hello please assist me i need my number back asap..thank you
