MTN Simswap

I'm very disappointed with MTN simswap service. I lost my Sim card try to do simswap for 3 weeks without any success even submitted affidavit but still nothing I've been using that number since 2017. All they do is refer me to store from store to call customer care service round and around with no assists whatsoever 😡😔
