MTN - simply the worst

MTN delivers very sloppy service and makes no effort to rectify the service delivery issues. I have minutes and a time available as per the profile yet I am unable to make calls as it says you have no minutes left. They do not answer the 135 and 083135 numbers, no matter how often you try!
