MTN simply don't care, Treating customers faily doesn't exist in your businesses

I guess it's no surprise MTN has not responded to my initial complaint on HelloPeter as I have emails going back 2 years now with no response. MTN claim to be AFRICA'S leading Telco however you simply have no way of dealing with your clients. I just can't understand why, u have been taking money off my account monthly and not anyone can tell me why. I don't have a contract with you, u don't provide any service to me, I think my only option now is to go to the regulator as u simply ignoring me and my request. Yello MTN, CAN U PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS GOING ON OR HAVE THE DECENCY OF RESPONDING TO ME..
