MTN SIM swops dangerous!

An ******* on-line SIM swop was done on my cell phone at Midday on a Saturday with absolutely no message to me warning me of the pending SIM swop to stop it from happening. This person then hacked my bank account using my phone to process all the USSD aprovals. A month down the line MTN has yet to get back to me on any of my complaints. You phone the help line and after a number of agents cutting me off I had one person who was helpful and gave me the ***** units telephone number only to be told that they only assist MTN personal and no private ***** reports may be lodged with them. We sent an email to ICASA to complain and have had no response. Why do we have to FICA and yet the man selling SIM cards on the street corner doesn't have to prove FICA for all SIM cards in his possession????
