MTN sim swope not done from 11th July till now

I did a sim swope on the 11th of July 2018, up until now it hasn't been done. My number hasn't been restored. I have answered all the call centres questions and promised to be done within 24 hours but nothing. I kept on phoning them and spoke to one of their managers with no luck.
