MTN SIM SWOP LEAD To DAMAGE TO PHONE // REMAINS UNRESOLVED

On 19 January 2017 my mother took her CAT cellphone and sim card to MTN Cradock on 4 Voortrekker Street, Cradock (Tel: ********** ) for a sim swap to enable her to use the phone.

She was assisted by Hendry Faba, who proceeded to force the sim card into the sim slot. The sim card dissapeared into the sim slot and she was advised that the phone would need to be couriered to Port Elizabeth to be fixed.

When the phone came back Hendry further advised her that it was still not working and that he had proceeded to return it to Port Elizabeth to have the error corrected.

Every week Hendry has a different excuse as to why the phone has not returned. Either the courier is late or they forgot to send the phone or it was returned due to persisting errors.

This has continued for months now and we are absolutely fed up with the poor service and excuses.
