MTN Sim Swop

Mall@Reds MTN takes more than 3 weeks to do a sim swop and still waiting. They never send feedback after you phoned them and saying they will get back to you. I followed up daily but nothing is happening or being done. Phone line almost never works. Leaving my old number in box below for MTN to do sim swop to contact me.
