Mtn sim swaps are too easy to process!

Mtn security measures on sim swaps are virtually non existent. My sim card was swapped without my authorisation within an hour. When I tried to reverse the sim swap, had to wait more than a day. By which time, all my contacts were asked to send money via ewallets. I was informed afterwards that I could manually request to be put on a "watchlist" and a security question will be set up in future! The ****mers did the sim swap using USSD code!
