MTN SIM SWAP TROUBLE

Was ****** on 25 June 2020. Phone ******. Got an affidavit and documents to do a sim swap. Now its the 30 June 2020 and my number is still not working. I have been calling MTN. Been to the MTN Zone at rosebank and still nothing. Constantly telling me to wait 24 hours.

My phone and belongings were ****** at knife point and after all this hassle I am still waiting and waiting to get my old number back. I have gone everyday into the store to follow up and still nothing.

MTN wake up please. I am sure I am not the only one.
