Mtn Sim Swap times/ Service

I tried to do a Sim Swap for a phone that was ****** and went to The Grove Mall at about 4.30pm. They told me that their systems were down and to come back as they were open till 7pm. I went back three times to them before 6pm and was told they still offline?At no time did the staff tell me that a sim swap can only be done before 6pm. So the next day I went to Glenfair Boulevard Pretoria at 5pm to find that the Mtn has closed down. NO indication on the website for MTN was given. So an unnecessary trip to this Mall!! So I went to Menlyn Mall Pretoria and they close at 8pm only to be told that a sim swap could only be done before 6pm. I'm really angry as no one or the website told me that I had to do it before 6pm , so another day lost!!!!!!!
