MTN - Sim Swap *****STERS

My phone got ****** on the evening of 1st June 2024, on the 2nd June 2024, i went into the MTN store at the Glen Mall, i was advised there that no sim swaps can be done on weekend's and i should wait until Monday morning to do the sim swap. I purchased a new MTN sim card and got it RICA approved, i then went into the MTN store at the Glen Mall on Monday, 3rd June 2024, they processed the sim swap and i was told to wait 24 hours for the sim swap to be complete. After 24 hours, the sim swap was not done, MTN advised me that they were having issues with their sim swap service. Today it is Wednesday, 5th June 2024 and my sim swap is still not processed.

This is incredibly poor service from a huge brand that in todays day and age cannot perform a simple sim swap, this is causing me a lot of inconvenience as i use that number for business reasons, my business is being affected by the poor customer service received from MTN
