MTN sim swap process is a BIG JOKE!! Bad service!!
MTN clearly DOES NOT recognize the importance of LOYAL CONSUMER-SHIP, nor do they value their clients thinking their sim swap process makes more sense than us LOYAL customers. Call agents who hangs up on customers, no sign of respect at all, I literally called their call centre more than 10 times and they just keep on telling me the same story \MY SIM SWAP SECURITY QUESTIONS ARE WRONG i.e Last amount of recharge

1. Confirm that you are the rightful owner of \cell phone number\" you wish to retain.
