MTN SIM SWAP PAIN IN ****, THORN IN FLESH

May MTN review their sim swap Procedure which is just terrible and time consuming. Dialed *135# procedure , it only prompts to enter old number then later send u sms that the procedure cannot be processed, try later. Since yesterday its not working. - I then called their ever rude so called Boza consultants , they ask you questions in a hash manner, worse if u beg her to repeat the question its like you borrowing Money . -- Ween to the MTN shop , My question since you will be carrying ID , proof of Residence, why do we still go through that boring Questionnaire , If you Fail, they just tell you that yo have failed try again later. WHY CAN'T THE GUYS AT MTN STORE JUST DO SIM SWAP AS YOU WILL BE HAVING ID, INFRONT OF THEM.... WE USE IDs IN BANKS TO WITHDRAW CASH....SIM SWAP YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH THAT STUPID QUESTIONAIRE....WHY ??????????? INSIDE MTN STORE, YOU HAVE ID, THEY HAVE YOUR NUMBER INTHEIR SYSTEM ..WHY CANT THEY HELP YOU..... ---I have been trying this sim swap thing for the past 3days no lucky. ---NOW I am told to go certify my id, make affidavit , Fax them including proof of Address, My question is... They trust sent Documents but they cannot trust you in their store carrying all these documents ---Why do have to go through the pain of affidavit, certifying doc, faxing doc, if you can easily walk into the store with those docs....
