MTN SIM SWAP NOT SUCCEEDING
I have this new sim number *** for you to investigate why sim swop isn't successful. You are welcome to do sim swop for us on this number since this is a new number and haven't used. Please use *** to do a sim swop for old number ***.

I am having issues with my sim swop not returning my number ***. I have done numerous sim swop showing successful on MTN stores but my number is not returned. This number is very old and this is now disturbing my business.
My phone was ****** on the 22nd April 2025 and since then doing sim swop with no success.
Please assist.
