MTN SIM swap nightmare

Firstly why on earth are your so called "friendly champions" so rude?? Some communications training would serve them well. Secondly it is an absolute nightmare doing a sim swap with you guys. With so many things going on in peoples lives how on earth do you expect people to remember price plans, exact dates of last recharge, amounts etc...that's really unfair, and on top of that I give you my moms, sisters and partners numbers and they dont show up on your system..how??? the 3 people I talk to the most.

And I know the "security" questions are to prevent ********** sim swaps etc etc but then what is the point of RICA a sim card with an ID if you cant do a sim swap at a branch with your ID as well, now I have to go to the police station for an affidavit and and and just to get my number back. You guys really need to come up with a new system for this.
