MTN Sim swap failure.
On thursday 10.30am i bought a micro sim from mtn, and tried to do a sim swap. I got an sms to confirm it will be done in 3 hrs, 4 hrs later i called customer service spoke to lady named Buyi, she assured me the sim swap is in progress and will be done in 24 hrs. <br> 49 hrs later my sim swap is not done and I can't even call customer service from the new micro sim as the outgoing calls are barred now. I have been uncontactable for more than 2 days, with no sms or response from MTN. I have had this number for more than 8 yrs nd I refuse to change it, it will be easier to port this number to another service provider. Mtn's service is shocking and proves to be *********** and just appalling.
