MTN SIM SWAP ****

Hello Peter, I am experiencing a huge problem with MTN and has been happening for quite some time now, yesterday i had no network on my phone from 14:10 and before that my phone was working receiving whatsapp, sms and call then after nothing my phone is quite, call MTN twice the first person who assisted me was very rude and when i was asking questions she said her time is up she cant assist me further because our call was seven minutes long, then hang up. called again the second person told me that SIM swap was done day before yesterday then i just need to restart my my phone , remember at that time i told her that i didn't do any SIM SWAP. FASTFORWARD i went to MTN STORE where the guy resolved my query for that one hour i was sitting in that store, i found out that my there was two sim swaps done on my sim card and there was no security questions for validation. then i came out happy because they managed to reverse the sim swap. later on at around 9 pm i realised that i don't have network and i am receiving WhatsApp because of the Wi-Fi. i call MTN Again nothing was don actually and now my phone is not working because i dont have network. my issue now is that i have been a victim of simswap for the past 3 years and this is not a laughing matter its very serious because i have banking apps on my phone and what if they get to those app or what if they message and call my contacts and do all sorts of wrong thing. I have been using this number for more than 20 years but i think MTN is failing me and its time for us to part ways. because i was told that my number is on the watchlists and that doesn't help because sim swap was done. i need MTM to respond to this within 30 minutes at lease and sort out this mess.
