MTN Sim Swap

Every time I try to do a sim swap, I will get the questions right and be told that my request is being processed, after almost an hour I will get an email from *** telling me that a sim swap request was captured and to proceed I have click on the link. Unfortunately they always send a dead link. Everyone I have spoken to at MTN does not seem to understand how to fix this problem other than tell me to go back to the store and try again. It has been 3 weeks of this and I cannot do anything.
