Mtn sim swap

I have tried to get a sim swap done for over a week now. I have been to the branch on 2nd Avenue ,Netown Park , Port Elizabeth on 3 different occasions. Each time i get told the sim swap just needs someone to authorise it but I still dont understand why it doesnt get authorised. I have even begged explaining i use this number for business purposes so it being inacti e is loss of income to me. Can someone pls help me. If it wasnt for the fact that i use it for business i would have opted for another network long ago.
