Mtn Sim Swap

I'm unable to make a Sim swap because of the questions, like we have a lot going in our lives on a daily basis you can't keep track of amounts you recharged with or data you bought, if you lost the Simcard 7months ago and it's used as a back up Simcard. It's really a hustle doing a Sim swap with mtn even when you go to the mtn stores they aren't helpful they say you failed some questions and that's that I mean my life depends on that number it's been my identity and I use it as a back up number for emails. Like can't there be any security questions rather, for example 5 contact numbers dialed or verify with your ID.
