Mtn Sim rica barred

Hello Peter I have a problem with mtn my Sim is rica barred its been like almost over months now without any help, I have called mtn customer care, went to mtn shop still no solution for me, all they do is to send me from one department to another, I can't make calls but I keep paying for the contract please help m so desperately right now
