Mtn sim not activated after 3 days and no eta

Hi

I app**** for a MTN home infinite pakagr on Wednesday at MTN Wonderpark Pretoria, it was approved just after 10:00, the store then tried to activate the sim but it gave problems, they logged a remedy ticket, unfortunately since then it has still not actived, I have followed up multiple times and the store just says no feedback on ticket.

I was promised activation within 24 hours, it has now been over 3 days, tied to that no feedback and no commitment to when I will have this activated. I just vet the ticket is still open, please wait another 24 hours. I understand this time of year but still, waiting 3 times the proposed time is responsible I would say.
