MTN SIM doesn't make outgoing calls

Since this afternoon I get the message: "Your service has been suspended, please contact your service provider." when I make calls.

My contract was due for an upgrade Dec 2019 but it still says that I am not eligible for an upgrade since January.

I need this service to work from home and its impacting my work scedule
