MTN Sim contract.

Again from my last mail, I did not get any response from anybody. You don’t give any option as to open a case against MTN. I will take this case to HELLO PETER and to the Ombudsman. This was MTN negligent and don’t see why I must be liable for the amount. As per my mail below I asked to listen to all recordings that I had with MTN regarding the contract.

the above was my last mail to MTN and to date I did not get any reply and R313 was deducted from my account again after numerous emails and phone calls.

I am not happy with the outcome I canceled this contract on 19th July and you only canceling this from 29th October I want my money back that was deducted after July because this was no fault of mine so please I will still take this further if I am not refunded. My sim is still suspended and getting SMS to pay the monthly installments to prevent a bad credit record. I’m adding this to HELLO PETER and exposing MTN to the newspapers. I had enough of this..
