MTN SIM CARD ERROR

I can't believe MTN cannot resolve such a trivial matter such as a swim swap, I swapped my MTN sim card, and now my number is still not working for 5 days now. I was told by the online so called champions, that there was a system error. Mtn is a big company, which one can never expect it might have such issues.
