MTN sim card

Okay let me start. My daughter asked me to sim swop her MTN pay as you go sim card. She is in NY with sim card and she need her results from Unisa. The code to go into the website of Unisa goes to that sim card number. Well it's now 3 week that I'm waiting for MTN to open the sim card after they just take the number back after 3 week she didn't use the sim card. So what can I do now to get the card up and running to help her. I did pay for a new sim card but still they didn't call me or open the card to activate it.
