MTN SIGNS YOU UP FOR THINGS YOU NEVER SIGN UP FOR

good day,

last year 2019 at the end of November after the black Friday rush we received 2 invoices from MTN on my companies name for which we did not sign up any new contracts.

The company singed 2 new contracts in the year 2018 not 2019 but MTN on its own opens 2 accounts on teh company name without anyone permission.

I called in and spoke to Lindiwe and got the reference number ***. was promised someone will call and no has since November last year and we are still getting billed for something we did not sign up for or using.

I have tried today to call MTN business with holding on teh call over 1 hour a time with no one answering.

my company did not sing up for anything in 2019, and if MTN says we do can we have proof of our company letter head and so on which is needed to open a new contract be shown to us as no one in the company has asked for this to be done.
