MTN Signet Terrace Unprofessional and *********

<p>Hi.The service that I have received at MTN Signet Terrace Lenasia branch has been unprofessional and unacceptable. As a current customer of MTN I wanted to take a contract out for the special that you running,however when I arrived at the store I was turned away by the consultant. The operating hours of the store reflected that the store is open till 17:00 and I had arrived at the store at 16:30 only to be addressed rudely by a MTN store consultant who *********ly turned the trading hour sign over when I queried it. Professional business protocol would be to keep the store open till 17:00. This is not the first time that I have experienced unprofessionalism by this specific store. Stores like these give the brand a bad taste and should be penalized for poor customer service.</p>
