MTN Signet Terrace bullying tactics !!!

MTN Signet Terrace bullying tactics and *********** service experience!<br> My experience this morning at your store at Signet Terrace was the worst ever in any industry.<br> I was in the store with my son's Samsung tablet that did not power on.<br> The devise is under warrantee and I spoke to a guy called Asif. He asked me for my receipt, I told him I did not have it and he became sarcastic and asked me how I could come there without any documents. I told him to check their records as many retailers have an online database.<br> He started filling in the documents and asked me to sign them.<br> There were a few pages with terms and conditions that I placed a line across and wrote \not read"but initialed the pages accordingly. <br> Asif shouted at me \""why did you scratch across the page\"" I told him that the pages are signed but was not read as the document would possibly take 30 minutes or so to read all the pages with the fine print.<br> An argument ensued and Asif walked around the counter and told me \""I will **** you up come outside\"" and he proceeded to the entrance of the store screaming abusively. At this time I'm assuming it was the store owner / manager who was a short gentleman that was unhelpful. """
